Katie is a sweet, happy female lab mix w/ a gorgeous white coat. She is about 2 years old, 55 pounds. When she's outside, Katie is full of energy and loves to run and play. When she comes inside, she's most happy to just lay at your feet — or curl up by your side. She loves to be loved on! She's great with cats and other dogs, and is housebroken.

Mia and Dakota are both rescued pitbulls that came into my life in very different ways. Mia, a chocolate pitbull, was rescued from a chain (attached to a stop sign) where she was left for dead five years ago. At less than 1 year old, she was very dog aggressive when she came home with me, but with a lot of leadership and patience, she is now a model for balance in our home. — Submitted by Karen Kelly, North Little Rock
